“I used the dead sea salts in the bath and they instantly gave me a bad skin reaction all over my body. I advised LucyBee and they refunded me for the product. However I didn't feel they showed me any empathy and appeared to have very little concern for my experience. I have since googled dead sea salts and it appears people can get back reactions from this. I have bathed in Himalayan and epsom salts for years with no reaction. I think perhaps it is worth a note to advise purchasers of the risk.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are really sorry that you feel this way as we thought we had resolved your issue via email. As we said, we have never come across something of this nature before. Dead Sea Salts are completely natural and have been around for thousands of years and there is nothing added to our salts that could have caused this reaction unless of course you are allergic to the magnesium in them. Our salts are no different to any others on the market, so we aren't sure what has caused such a severe reaction. As we said, we will take your feedback on board as we are constantly adapting and changing our packaging, so it is something we may be able to add in future should we encounter anyone else with similar issues to you. Our Dead Sea Bath Salt is for external use only, so enjoy in your bath, rather than on the chips!!!! Petrina

“Bought this product as ive had other Lucy bee products and loved them. I bought this as i read dead sea salts help with eczema and dermatitis and it really had helped. Ive also used in my bath and also mixed with lucy bee coconut oil to create an exfoliating body scrum. Will buy again very happy with the product”

“Even after only 2 uses, the dry patch of skin that my son suffers on his legs after wearing shin pads, has totally cleared up. Great product for all the family to benefit from and I personally thought it was great before bed and promoted a good nights sleep”

“After having a wonderful and relaxing bath soaked with Dead Sea Salts, I had a good full night sleep. I also found that my rough and flaky skin had disappeared altogether. It is truly a wonderful product and my skin already feels so much smoother, thanks to the magnesium and 21 minerals in the Dead Sea Salts. As I am keen to use them on a regular basis, I thought the price, at the time of writing this review (Dec 2015) on Amazon, was rather expensive. Thus, I did some research and, much to my surprise, this very same product can be purchased cheaper elsewhere from different companies. .”
