“I love adding these to my bath with relaxing essential oils. I workout a lot so often have body aches, but had been struggling with extra tension in my neck due to stress. I chose these because they were high in magnesium (wonder mineral for stress!) and now I love soaking a few times a week as my relaxation ritual. My neck feels so much better!”

“Although I know they say you should use Magnesium Flakes after a run, I find that Lucy Bee's Epsom Bath Salts assist with unwinding my muscles and my mind, and I always use these before bed (after said run, of course!). Another Lucy Bee "go-to" product of mine!”
