Ha, love this! Our Cacao is great to use in cooking and as a drink - if you prefer it sweeter, our Coconut Sugar is ideal to add and at least you're in control of how much sugar you're using. Petrina

HI Margaret, Thank you for sharing this with us. With no added sugar, our Cacao Powder is ideal to use in cooking or drinks, too. It's naturally high in iron, magnesium, phosphorous and protein so it's good to know we can have our chocolate fix and still be healthy! Petrina
