“I’m sorry but I really didn’t like the chai mix. I’m not a chai expert tho and I did like the fact there were no added sugars. Shame I couldn’t even force myself to drink it and I used a really small amount. I may try it some cooking and see if it works better.”

Thank you for your feedback - of course taste is such a personal thing. Since our Chai Mix contains only spices and nothing else added, it is great to use in cooking so hopefully you can make us of it that way. It's great to use as a rub or marinade, as well as use in bakes to add a warning spiciness. I hope this helps. Petrina

The Chai is such a versatile product, have you tried it in your cooking yet? It makes a delicious marinade and spice for foods. Daisy (Lucy's sister) made some Chai and white chocolate chip cookies this week and we devoured them, keep an eye out for the recipe! Georgia

The beauty of our Chai Mix is that it can be used in both drinks and cooking because it only contains spices and nothing else.
