I love the taste of this in smoothies or desserts and I like to think it's good for me although I doubt I eat enough for it to have much effect

Definitely recommend this. Tastes fresher than alot of other powders. Only slight downside is that the tub was only half full

Love my maca powder and have it added to my morning porridge. I have also used in when making energy balls from Lucy's recipe book which I highly recommend.

Good malty flavour and I believe so good for you. Not sure how much I should use though.

Hi Heather, thank you for your great review. It is recommended that 1 - 2 teaspoons are enough to start with but if this initially is too much, start off at a smaller dose and work your way up slowly. Or if it is fine, continue using at that dose - you can also increase this up to 1 tablespoon. It's always good to listen to what your body is telling you. Check out our website www.lucybee.com here you can find FAQs about Maca and some recipe inspiration! Jess

I agree this tastes awful on its own but I've been using it daily for the past 4 months as it was recommended to me for peri-menopausal symptoms. All I can say is it has been amazing, hot flushes reduced after 2 weeks and now I haven't one in months!! I mix it with the Lucy Bee cacao powder in a smoothie with organic soya milk. Would never have believed it would work so well, thank you.

Thanks for sharing this. Maca is an adaptogen (a herb which helps you deal with stress) and is also a physical and mental health source of energy, which supports performance, hormone balance and vitality. It's great to hear how you're enjoying its benefits. Petrina
