HI, Our Turmeric Powder is not raw. During production, it is dried naturally in the sun and also steam sterilised so the temperature cannot be guaranteed. Lucy Bee Turmeric Powder is organic, Alleppey Finger turmeric, containing 3.4% curcumin (a typical route contains between 2-5%). Petrina
