Hi Margaret, it's great to hear you have already found many different ways to use our Chai blend. Our Chai Blend is a warming blend of cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg and clove powders. Each spice brings its own benefits and own flavour to drinks and food, resulting in a warming, rich and spicy taste :) Hannah

“Excellent product, poorly packaged. I bought two containers of this mix because I couldn’t get organic cinnamon. The lid is extremely loose and the first one was spilled over the floor very early on and we lost about half of the contents. Being aware of the defect, we handled the second one carefully but today, that one was also spilt losing over half the contents again. Would ask that the lid design is looked at as the looseness will lead to dissatisfied customers.”

Hi Dave, I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced this with the packaging, we haven't had any complaints about this before. We have recently re packaged the product to reduce waste and use totally eco-friendly packaging. Whilst our old-style tubs are recyclable, we realised that these are not as eco-friendly as we would like them to be and we’ve been busy repackaging our range of powders to use FSC cartons instead. The FSC card carton is recyclable, compostable and biodegradable. To ensure the powders are kept fresh and uncontaminated, they are packaged in an inner bag which is recyclable, and then placed into the carton. Hannah

“Now a staple in my day - a lovely relaxing after chai tea to take me back to my festival days. Good authentic taste - a pinch of pepper can add an extra kick if you like 'hot'. Also really good in smoothies and shakes.”
