“I was a little nervous about using this because I’ve not had a great experience in the past with tan on the face. It’s safe to say I was over the moon with the outcome. I added two small drops to my face moisturiser after the shower (a couple of hours before bed). The next day I had a lovely ‘glow’. A very natural colouring. No orange colouring in sight & to top it off, no horrible smell. I’ve only used it once so far. It’s lasts a couple of days & I suppose this depends on your routine. It’s safe to say you don’t need a lot, it goes a long way, from my personal experience!”

“Absolutely love these tanning drops! Having used a huge variety of tanning products over the years on my pale skin, I’ve never found something that ticks all my boxes in terms of ease of application, quick to develop, nice colour, streak free and not smelly but this does it all!! So happy with the result and will not be using anything else again! Thankyou for developing such an amazing product!”

“Sadly not what I was hoping for at all! Only used a couple of drops mixed into my moisturiser but it dyed my face and hairline very orange for days.”

Hi Rosina, thank you for your feedback - we are very sorry to hear that the self-tan drops are not for you. I have a couple of suggestions if you would like to try the drops again.. Please mix the drops in well with your moisturiser and maybe start by using only 1 drop and applying over a couple of days to build up the colour. The benefit of the drops is that you can control how much you apply to your skin, and therefore the depth of the tan. As with all self-tan, please avoid your hairline. A helpful tip is to apply a small amount of coconut oil to your hairline to act as a barrier if needed. Lucy has a video tutorial on lucybee.com using the self-tan which you may find useful.
