“First off, I have to say we really enjoy our Luma Sleep Mattress. It was the right amount of firmness for our needs. Unfortunately, our original mattress had a defect that we found 2 years into owning the mattress. We were a bit worried we would have to argue in order to get a replacement. However, we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to demonstrate to Luma Sleep what damage the mattress had by sending a few photos. Luma Sleep quickly shipped out a new mattress with no further questions. Overall we have greatly enjoying being a customer of Luma Sleep.”

“It strange how there isn't any padding over the coils on the sides of the bed. Seems a bit cheaply made for the price. Also the thickness of the latex foam on the top isn't thick enough and I can feel the springs”

“I got the plush mattress and I will say it’s very comfortable for the most part. it’s not quite as soft as I would like it to be but that’s just personal preference. overall i’m happy with my purchase and i’m sure it will get more comfortable the more I sleep in it.”

“We previously had a luma but had to get rid of it because of a cross country move. Thinking a conventional mattress was going to be “ok” we went back to a regular spring mattress and regretted it. The luma provides the best of both worlds and we purchased another luma as soon as we could!”

“Firm mattres has medium springs but firm latex, kind of an odd feeling. I’m 6’2 ~200lbs, hybrid side and back sleeper. I am heavy enough to compress the springs almost down to the box spring but not to really compress the latex... almost feel like firm springs and softer latex would make more sense. That said, the latex has definitely broken in a bit since I bought it which is nice. Definitely give the latex at least a week or two if you are switching from another type of bed! Just with the softer springs it feels more like a medium firm than a true firm. Very easy to move around though and not noisy which is great. Overall very happy, only thing I would change would be former springs and softer latex”

“I have been using this mattress for about a month now. Definitely a great purchase, I have been sleeping so much better and honestly it’s hard to get out of bed every morning. The unpacking process was also surprisingly easy, as you just lay it on your bed frame and watch it expand in a couple of seconds. Overall 5 stars,”
