“Topper: I got the firm, it is pretty much a standard latex topper. It is softening up pretty fast, but still okay supportive. Not entirely comfortable on it, but I can't return it. The cover is a bit annoying, the bottom has very little grip, so the topper ends up sliding around my bed when my son plays on it. I end up having to fix the topper almost nightly. Customer Service: I e-mailed them, and they never responded to one of my e-mails. The website is misleading and inconsistent on its information regarding returns (I don't know if they are doing that intentionally or not). Mattresses have free returns, toppers do not despite what the site says and implies. If you want to return the the topper, they say to get a 24x24x24 box... but there is zero chance you are fitting a topper into a box that small, even the box they send it to you in originally is bigger than that. Even at 24x24x24 they quoted $40 to return.”

“I got the 3” plush and it’s still a bit hard for me, but I do like the interesting bouncy texture of the natural latex.”
