“My original order was for a firm mattress but through thoughtful and concerned conversations with customer service over the phone my original order was changed. After receiving the bed It was time to fine tune the firmness by changing the topper. Throughout the entire process customer service was truly concerned that I was happy and comfortable. Dealing with Luma was a very good experience. They truly care.”
