“This base was delivered in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the bottom section of the frame is not drilled correctly and it cannot be assembled. Also, I've now discovered the center support has a broken piece of wood. I've called multiple times, spoken with Luma, sent pictures of the issue, and still I have been offered no type of resolution. The foundation was delivered on 1/28 and it is now 2/12. I wouldn't buy from Luma again. At this point I'm forced to file a claim via the Norton shopping guarantee.”

“I must say finding Luma was the best thing. After searching for a sturdy bed frame and a reasonable cost they were the best. From pricing to CustomerService and product quality. This is one sturdy quality frame - easy to put together and can tell will stand the test of time. Thank you Luma!”

“It seemed like the cover was not sized to exact dimensions. I understand and agree to the pull and stretch for taughtness, however, some minor bunching occured near corner. Probabley my error, but should double check. Still useable and unnoticeable after setup.”

“We bought a king sized latex mattress a few years ago. We were using it with our old box springs and metal frame. Of course, a regular metal frame just can't handle the weight of latex. After doing a bit of research to figure out the best option, I settled on a slatted wood frame. Luma had exactly what I was looking for. They also had the best quality, price, design and well-designed website. We bought a slatted frame, with legs. The frame arrived in a fair amount of time. It was easy to put together and it feels GREAT! It is so sturdy and our mattress looks perfect on it. I am very happy with the quality of the wood, as well. There's no off-gassing and it's very strong. I will definitely recommend Luma to anyone looking for products related to latex mattresses. It will also be my first choice if I need new products for our's. Very, very pleased! Thank you!”
