“My wife and I recently purchased this foundation for a new king bed. This arrived promptly and was well packaged. Nothing was damaged, all hardware was included, and all the wood was solid and in good shape. I'm a hobbyist woodworker so the quality of the wood used for this was very nice to see. Assembly was very straightforward. I was finished in about 15-20 minutes. The foundation was extremely sturdy and had a good amount of weight. I view this as a positive since it makes the bed more stable. The included cover is excellent and covered the foundation easily. The material is thick and had no smell. I was really impressed with it. Customer service was also really good. The order confirmation and shipping information was received promptly. Luma is a class act company. The biggest thing that stood out in my mind was that shortly after I placed my order, a holiday sale went into effect. Without my even asking, Luma refunded me the difference of my purchase price and the holiday sale. I didn't even know about the holiday sale until they contacted me to let me know they were refunding me. That type of honesty is important to me and they've secured future business from me. They have great products and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend Luma!”

“When putting together our wooden foundation, we had an issue with the width not fitting into our bed frame. I emailed customer service after hours. The very next morning I received a phone call from the manufacturers of the foundation inquiring about our issue. They resolved the problem instantly by offering to cut to size the parts we needed to make the foundation useable. They also said it would ship out that day! I was so impressed with their awesome customer service. The new foundation arrived within several days and was perfect. On a side note, the cover that comes with this foundation is very superior in quality and well-made. Thank you!!”

“We love our new foundation. Ordering and delivery was seamless. Assembly instructions were easy to read and each corner was marked to match up. Cover is very nice and zips on. This foundation would be great for transporting up & down small stairways because it can be taken apart and reassembled easily. We chose it for the sturdiness of the slats. It's tough to find them where they're less than 3" apart (as always suggested!) And the slats do not bow. We were looking for this for sturdiness, as my husband was so tired of feeling like he was sinking in to our old mattress. Slats also velcro for a great fit. Would definitely recommend for the price/quality!”

“Foundation was shipped quickly. It was easy enough to put together myself but you might want some to help you move it. So far it seems to do the job. No complaints. Luma was responsive to any questions that I had.”
