“I wasn’t quite sure what to expect when waiting for my lumberlend mug to arrive. Upon receiving it I was immediately pleased with the packaging. The cylinder canister that they are stored and shipped in was aesthetically pleasing. Popping off the top and sliding the mug itself out to hold in my hands was something special! It looked amazing and like such a special edition item! It even smelled authentic haha. My boyfriend is a BIG baseball fan so the only thing left was to impress him with it! I can quite proudly admit that he was immediately enthralled and absolutely loves it!”

“I love the idea behind the bat mug! My brother in law is a huge Cardinal’s baseball fan, so I ordered this for his birthday. There are a few reasons for my two star rating: 1. Packaging: The mugs have special packaging, but it's so tight you can’t get the mug out without damaging the packaging. This is frustrating since this is a gift and I wanted to ensure the mug was correct and verify the quality before wrapping. 2. Shipping: Bags are used to ship these mugs, and the mug and special packaging barely fit in the bag. 3. Quality: This is the worst part of my experience! The etching on the mug was very crooked, and the heat from etching caused the side of the mug to discolor. I was extremely disappointed in the quality control especially since these mugs are so expensive. I gave two stars because the customer service employee I worked with was helpful. That’s really the only good thing out of this whole experience.”

“I'm always looking for something new or different regarding baseball related items and I found it with the Lumberlend products. They are well made, professionally finished and look great. It looks so nice I'm afraid to drink out of it. I had originally bought it as a gift but I'm keeping it for myself. A product well worth the price.”
