“We had a custom order made to thank the high school coaches. The mugs came out beautifully -- great job with the colors, lettering, and logo. The customer service folks were terrific about checking back with us about the design and specifications. The time between ordering and delivery was very reasonable. My son has a Lumberlend mug that he uses all the time. Practical and a showpiece gift for baseball people.”

“My mug had green pain from lettering smudged on gray stain mug area in a couple spots. Also, It would be helpful if there could be an option to preview mug design before purchasing. I had inquired on the website and submitted the question for response, and no one got back to me with an answer. So I bought the mug and was unsatisfied with design (my own design and fault). If I could have seen the mug preview before purchasing, I would have changed some things. I have 2 other mugs I was satisfied with and have bought mugs from here the last couple years with good outcomes. I still recommend the product, but think preview option would help avoid unsatisfactory purchases.”
