“I ordered originally on Jan 23 and received the mug Feb 6. Immediately I saw that the mug had an incorrect number and town for the player I selected. I contacting them that night and it is now Feb 15 and I have yet to receive my corrected mug, which was supposed to be a gift on Feb 17 for someone special. Very disappointed in the communication as well. I was super excited about this, but the experience has been less than pleasing. Hoping once I receive the new mug it will be worth it.”

“I found this amazing product and company from a Pinterest post. My boyfriend absolutely LOVES the LA Dodgers and is an AVID memorabilia collector of the team. I KNEW this would be the best gift to give him. He has been a fan since a child and thus, one of his all time favorite players wasn’t available to purchase. I requested it from customer service via the “Request a Player” option. I spoke with Leah and after a few email exchanges, she was able to receive the permission to do the product with Eric Gagne, as he was still in the league but now as a coach. Her superb attention and politeness will keep me as a lifelong customer. I absolutely recommend them!!! The bat mug was so well made and beautiful! I can’t wait to surprise my boyfriend with it! Thank you”
