“Not including spring bars is quite ridiculous. Every company I've purchased a bracelet from (Marathon, Archimede, Sinn, Laco, Seiko, Glycine, Ball, heck even Casio and Citizen), except Luminox, has provided spring bars when selling their OEM bracelet. I had to find the curved 24mm bars that came on the OEM leather strap--which isn't ideal for a bracelet mind you--to make this bracelet fit. It took 30+ minutes to essentially force this to fit my watch, even though they claim it's "Compatible with our 0920 series." It's not a user error issue either as I've removed and installed bracelets many, many timers over the last 20 years, using miscellaneous quality bergeon tools.”
“I bought this band to as a replacement and after 3 weeks one of the pins in the link close to the watch face is loose and keeps sliding out, to the point it disconnects the band.”
“I've had my watch for about 15 years, and it has lasted much longer than I expected, considering the very rough conditions that it has been exposed to during my days as a wildlife photographer. Paper clips worked as band-aids to keep the bracelet together. The only problem I had is with the tin metal piece that is attached to the watch itself, they are sharp, and I have cut my index finger and thumb when using the timing ring. I'm sending the watch back for a new bracelet and an update on the glow-in-the-dark cylinders, mine didn't last "25" years. The watch itself is SUPERB, withstanding many drops from high places (trees) when the band caught on a branch, and I pulled too hard, somethings got to give.”
“Heavy durable band with attractive finish. For me, this is more comfortable than the original leather band or a rubber replacement band previously installed.”
