Depending on use and wear and tear, the lifespan of our straps is typically between 6 to 18 months. The lifespan is determined by how often the strap is exposed to natural sweat, water, bacteria and dirt.
A strap replacement is recommended every 18 months at least.

“Strap is great. Works as expected. But watch was new, old strap shouldn’t have broken, and since it broke, why wasn’t a replacement free instead of $80? Strap broke where two rubber pieces fit over metal buckle. Customer service didn’t care. Had to pay $80!!??”
