“Although I really like the Carbonox bracelet, and it is a more stylish upgrade from my previous rubber strap, a few additional installation instructions would have been appreciated. There was no problem installing, but beware, adjusting the links to fit requires two screwdrivers and two people to manage the link removal process.”
“I like the watch band but it was too complicated to take links out. Once I finally figured out how to get the metal pin out, one of the pins was stripped and would not back out!! So annoying. So I had to waste my time taking it to my jeweler to get the pin out. Again there were no tutorial videos on the website to show how to get the pins out which was a huge pain in the butt. The band is nice but I will probably not mess with your brand in the future.”

We apologize for your disappointment and frustration. In order to change the Luminox straps, they require a strap changing tool that we sell on our website for $15.00 or any local jeweler would have.
