“I bought this watch about a month ago. It was shipped on time. The watch is great. My problem with it was when I was on the website picking it out the pictures clearly showed that the 12 and 6 luminesced with the other markers. Imagine my surprise the first night when I looked at my watch and the 12 and 6 did not "show up" at night with the rest of my watch. After chatting with their online representative I was assured I could send it back and my replacement watch would work correctly. I asked some questions about how this could have gotten out of the factory not working properly and I never felt like they answered my questions honestly or with knowledge. I do like the watch so I decided to just keep it not really understaning what went on. I came back today to look at the images and I see that they've taken down the image with the 12 and 6 working. So now I have even more questions. I should have looked further on MyChrono24 but thought I was doing right by purchasing straight from the manufacturer. You can get this watch new other places for around $400.00 and it is currently trading used at 225.00...................I feel completely duped at this point.”
“Amazing style and purpose. However, the strap that it comes with hardly fit at all. So unfortunately I had to return the watch.

I am average sized, not muscular or overweight and it fits my wrist tightly on the last notch of the band. Once the weather warms and my wrist swells, this watch will not be wearable. Very disappointed that such a small band is paired with such a nice watch. My previous Luminox with a buckle, I had to purchase a different band to wear it. I am loyal to the Luminox brand and will probably purchase in the future, but I am staying away from Luminox watches with a buckled band.”
