“Generally love the look and feel of the watch, and I Love the Luminox quality. But I don’t understand the purpose of putting a fixed bezel on the watch. It serves no purpose other than looks - and that is not what Luminox is supposed to be about.”

Hi Justin, We apologize for your disappointment in the watch. We are happy to look into this for you. The LLT's (tritium tubes) do not need to be charged as they offer 24/7 glow for up to 25 years. If they are defective we are happy to work with you on a replacement.
