“While the watch looks great, it arrived with a dead battery. After 3 calls and 6 emails, I was finally able to connect with someone in customer service to approve a free replacement. The downside is, I now have to wait another 2 weeks to get my watch back.
Not the most impressive first experience with a Luminox watch.”
