“This is my 4th Luminox. Before buying when I reviewed the specs and pics on the Luminox website, the lume shot showed lume on the hands and each hour. Not so in reality. This one has it on the hands and at 12,3,6 and 9 only. And not very bright at that. That’s after “charging” the fluorescent material by wearing the watch outdoors all day. I’m just disappointed because i thought it was a cool looking watch but ended up a bit pricey for a “just ok” $600 watch. My rating is closer to 2.5 stars.”

Thank you for your most recent feedback. We are sorry for any disappointment in your watch. The 3337 Commando Raider has series has tritium tubes which provide 24/7 glow on the 12, 3, 6, 9 & hands of the watch. The other numbers utilize SuperLuminova technology which require a bit of a charge either under a lamp or direct sunlight for a minimum of 30 minutes in order to see Lume. The dial should appear brighter when the SuperLuminova is charged along with the trititum.

“I love this watch! It feels like a plastic watch and is very light, but it is in fact a very sturdy watch. The watch band is great. However, it is kind if tedious to cut to length. No instructions came with the watch on how to do this. I had to Google it and watch a YouTube video. All in all, awesome watch and live the neon green band!”
