We appreciate this feedback & we sincerely apologize for your disappointment in your new watch. Unfortunately we cannot control UPS and when they are experiencing delays. We made sure all of our customers were aware of the fact that UPS was experiencing delays worldwide due to the holiday season and even disabled the option of expedited shipping to ensure no one spent extra money for a service UPS could not guarantee.
On December 23rd our customer service representative responded to your email with the below:
"Hi John,
We are sorry the box was damaged in transit to you. We are happy to send you a new box. Please check underneath the foam on the top portion of your watch box and let me know if the warranty card is there. That is where we place the warranty card to ensure it doesn't fall out upon opening.
If it is not in there for any reason we are happy to send you a new warranty card as well.
Please let me know."
We did not get a response back from you to confirm if you were able to locate your warranty card. We will make sure a new box is sent to you right away. We were awaiting a response and that was the only reason it has not been sent yet.
Again, we are so sorry for any disappointment and miscommunication.
