“I purchased this watch in March 2023, and slightly over a month later in April, I wore it in a pool and it fogged up for 12 hours. I submitted for repair yesterday (which, even with the warranty requires an additional $35.00 payment that I am not sure will be reimbursed). The process to submit a warranty repair relies on a portal that is extremely difficult to navigate, and even though I purchased through the Luminox website, my order information does not exist in the system.
This will be my last Luminox purchase.”
