“This watch came defective and had to be sent back. Luminox received this watch on the 13th of Feb and since then I have had little to no communication on my order being replaced. This watch was supposed to be a Christmas present for my husband who is currently a law enforcement officer and former USMC Veteran. He was so excited to get this watch for Christmas and has been severely let down when it was not functional and asks me at least twice a week if I have heard anything from Luminox regarding the replacement watch. We are both very disappointed in the lack of communication from this company.”
“If you are looking for a simple black out watch that is unique and looks great, this watch is ideal. The strap is comfortable. The watch face is large and thin. The hands and number markers stay lit all night long. The only improvement I’d make is the second hand being more smooth. It tics and doesn’t sweep.”
“I ordered from Luminox back in 2018 and they sent it to my PO Box here to Guam. This time around they all of a sudden wouldn’t send it here. They said they could send it to a street address instead by USPS. It never arrived. USPS swore they shipped it. Luminox warehouse swore they shipped it out. Never arrived. They then tried sending watch by UPS. For some reason it sat in a warehouse in Kentucky for over a week. UPS claimed in the U.S. they don’t ship to Guam which is baloney. Guam has UPS office here which I receive packages from all over the world. thru them. I again did not receive the package. I had to request for a refund. It was so frustrating . Haley Z. from customer service tried to help me numerous times. She was very friendly. I thank her for her efforts.”

We share in your disappointment with our carriers unforeseen issues with delivering to Guam and there are multiple claims put in to address this.
