“You asked for a review so here it is. I owned a Luminox watch when I was active duty Army. I loved the watch, but when I accciently smashed the face and sent it in for repairs I was told that you could not fix it and I was out of luck. I always wanted another one, but I waited for the right one. Well my wife bought me one recently that I saw and I did not know and also purchased it. When I found out that she ordered it, I immediately (20 minutes after ordering) tried to contact customer service via two different methods. I still have not heard a peep from your company and it is going on 3 weeks. Your customer service is non- existent. After reading some other peoples issues with similar problems I can honestly say that I will never purchase from you again. My marketing professor had a saying that people tell a good business experience to 3 friends and a bad experience to 9 friends. I will excede that standard and tell everyone I can in the military community, since you have zero desire to help me.”
