“I’ve had the same model for several years that I ordered , I wanted a new one as my old one either loses a few minutes or gains a few. So when I finally got my new watch it didn’t have the correct time - so I went to pull crown to set it was extremely hard to pull out and when I did get it to come out and set I pushed back in and it would not run. So I sent it back wishing for a new watch I do not want a watch that has been worked on. I don’t know why it was so difficult to set as I have had no problems with this same model except when it started jus lately not keeping correct time. I love this watch and jus wanted a new one. I wish I could get one of the same model BRAND NEW. Beautiful watch to me but I need it to work.”
“Watch is exactly what you think, sporty, sturdy, and goes with everything. Pay attention when ordering... you don't need the route protection. It's automatically added in you don't un-select it. Extra $15 for nothing. UPS tracking does the same thing for free. Love Luminox watches, this is my 4th, but didn't love the way Luminox "scams" you with adding the route protection plan.”

Route Package Protection is a shipping insurance. The insurance protects your package in the event it is damaged or lost in transit. We will do a better job on our end to make sure this is properly and clearly explained going forward as you are not the only customer to bring this to our attention.
