“Watch didn't work out if the box. Forced to deal with AI bots to return defective watch. Still wanted a Luminox watch, but wanted a different model that was actually less money and the AI bot would not exchange the defective model for another model. I just returned the watch and then to add insult to injury, they charged a $18 handling fee to return their defective watch. So disappointed with Luminox after this it bothers me to even wear my other Luinox watch...I have written several emails requesting further explanation and the bots either repeate the same responses or just plain don't answer. Welcome to the future of AI customer service!!!”
