“The 3581.BO watch is a beautifully crafted watch. It's simple enough that you can wear it as a daily watch, but also elegant enough that you can wear it out on a nice date.”
“The things you can like about this watch are all the things you can see for the most part. However, there is one important thing that does not show in the pictures (this is most likely not from any deceptive reason): The crystal raises slightly above the bezel. This watch seems, advertised and designed for utility. however, with this relationship with the crystal to the bezel, it seems like a needless weak point. Mine cracked and now needs to be serviced. In addition, I don't care for the date, which it seems impossible now to buy a watch that doesn't have one on it now. but this last thing is more my preference.”
Hi James,
Thank you for providing this feedback and apologies for any disappointment. Does the fog clear up within a few minutes or is it persisting in your watch? Under certain circumstances condensation can build up on the inside of the watch due to natural humidity. This can happen if the watch is exposed to extremes of heat and cold in quick succession, e.g. Exposed to the hot sun and then worn while swimming or in a cold shower, or falling while skiing and exposing the crystal to ice cold snow. As long as the fog is NOT caused by a leak due to shock or damage to the watch, the fog will dissipate when the watch is in a normal climate again.
If the condensation does not disappear within 2 to 3 minutes in normal temperature, we would advise on having your watch sent in to our authorized service center to address shock or damaged gaskets which can cause the loss of water resistance..
Please let us know when and where you purchased your watch so that we can look into this on our end.
