Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Can you kindly describe what happened to the watch when you wearing it that caused a scratch? The 3581.BO.VOL is manufactured with Mineral crystal which is scratch resistant but it is not scratch proof. Sapphire crystal tends to be more scratch proof than mineral. Being that your watch is only a month old we are happy to look into this for you to ensure your satisfaction with your new purchase. Can you kindly send us some pictures of the crystal so that this can be reviewed ?

“I was looking for a black case/dial/strap watch and this BO checked all the boxes. I don’t think I have a large wrist, but this doesn’t wear big, in fact I like the chunky look feel. Also like the carbonox case/bezel, different, light but feels tough. I find I’m throwing this on in the evening when I’m chilling, but I also happy to let it handle getting beaten up working outside. I was drawn to the story of Luminox and the collaboration with Volition America, gotta love that strap!”
