“Very disappointed with my purchase of over $850. I have a problem with the bezel being too loose. It’s a new watch and needs to be replaced. The customer service department is the WORST I’ve ever dealt with. Especially for a high end product such as this. I called the customer service department 3 tones and have not yet received a call back. This is my second Lumomox watch. I purchased my first 15 years . And this will be my last. Very poor product representation. I’m very disappointed. I do not recommend buying another watch from them. I will not make a third purchase.”
