“This is my third Luminox watch and the only one that I am dissatified with. It is automatic, but even after manually rotating before bed, it stops after 6 or 7 hours after multiple tries!! I have used the web site to voice my concerns without adequate responce. Voice messages go unanswered. I am looking for a $1,390.50 refund but not expecting a response to this review. Considering a social media dishing of the brand. I am a vet. and repeat costomer. Order #64087”
“I think the watch is excellent. But I wrote the company because I was not happy with not being able to get pins with the "carbonox" wristband I ordered in addition. I also ordered a compass. When I ordered the wristband they said they do not send it with pins. I searched the website for pins, but there are none, that I found. I wrote Luminox on the communication/ "contact us" page twice and never received any type of communication back. I like my watch but since then I started to spam all of Luminox emails because I'm not happy with them it seems like they want your money but they don't want to have any customer service. New age I guess. The least human interaction as possible, so as to save money! I'm an avid watch collector. I like watches for different reasons as well. All my watch companies from Rolex to Cartier and so many others are easy to get a hold of. Maybe not always parts, but; at least they communicate. Shame on you guys! You want to be a good watch company that comes with communication and standing behind your product.

“I enjoyed Luminox watches while I served in the Army, and this watch is a step above their other offerings. Holds great time while worn, and keeps time while off wrist for a descent duration. The new build is also surprisingly light compared to my other watches. Easy to wear and use. The only question mark is how rugged the new build is compared to their standard steel body watches. We will see!”
“I would love to get one of this Luminox. I have a Luminox Atacama it works great never had any problems. It requires change of battery every few years. Not a problem :slightly_smiling:”
