“These were my 5th (yes 5th!) pair of Spanx faux leather leggings. I bought my first pair in my predicted size, Medium, and was very happy with them. They did, however, ‘roll over’ at the waistband (as mentioned by other reviewers) and were a bit of a challenge to get on, especially after the first wash. On a recent stopover at Atlanta Airport (the home of Spanx) I visited a Spanx shop (OMG!) and found a fantastic style that wasn’t available in the UK. Much to my disappointment they didn’t have a Medium, but after a LOT of persuasion from the wonderful sales assistant I tried an XL. They fitted, brilliantly! Admittedly not as tight as the Medium, but they still hold me firm and make my bum and legs look great. Importantly, they are super comfortable, don’t roll over at the waistband and are easy to get on and off. Very happy girl. So, when I returned home and fancied these pebbled leggings, I went for XL again and I’m really pleased that I did. So, my advice is, don’t get hung up on the size on the label. Try a size, or even two sizes, up and buy the ones that feel best on you. In the right size, these leggings really are as amazing as everyone says.”
