“I wrote a review previously as I had not recieved my purchase but I have to admit once this company knew I hadnt recieved the item they sent another and I received the next day, quality of the product is to a very high standard. thank you for sorting that out for me, will use again and would highly recommend xx”

“I received the wrong product. I ordered a high-waisted thong and received a half slip. I couldn't request for a return as I needed it the next day it was delivered and l was lucky that I was wearing a dress for the occasion. But now that I am stuck with the wrong product, that I will only be using when I wear a dress, I'm not so happy because I ordered the thong, so I can wear it more. And the 'smartgrip' half slip was not very smart grip after all.”

We are really sorry that this mistake occured . We have spoken to the customer and the corect item is now on its way along with a free return label .The customer is now more than happy with the promp rectification. of the error.
