“Very pleased with my last purchase, and such a good priice. Prior to these I purchased a pair of beige dream jeans priced £116, size 10. I now realise aside 8 would be better in this style but unfortunately I ha e removed the tickets! Would I be able to return them for a replacement?”

“Lovely, lightweight and well fitting jeans. I'm often between 10-12 UK size and I have both 36 and 38 mac jeans. In these ones I needed a 36, so the 38 has now been returned. I have since recieved the 36 which fits as amazing as I've known mac to be, so delighted. My only dissapoitment is with the refund policy 14 working days is a very long time in this day and age and I can see it takes way longer then that. So don't expect your money back before a month. Sadly, making what would otherwise be a lovely shopping experience just average and if anything dissapointing. Please note my review is only of the actual product, not the whole experience as that would be more 2.5-3 star I'm afraid.”
