“I had just learned that a friend was feeling low. It was 2pm when I decided to send flowers. They were delivered that day and she was exuberant about it. Couldn't believe they had arrived so quickly. It pulled her out of her state of mind straight away.”
“I organised flowers as a congratulations for a friend and she was not home when they attempted delivery. I spoke to customer service while I was in Vietnam with patchy service and the lady helped me with updating address and getting them out for redelivery the same day.
