“flowers and jar were beautiful and my friend loved them. Delivery was not as good as expected or advertised. Said on website delivery next day but took much longer and by then my friend had been discharged from hospital and they couldn't be delivered. Once I realized i had to pay extra to have them delivered again. Frustrating, expensive and stressful. Staff were helpful though resolving the problem for me and eventually they arrived”
