“I ordered some flowers to be delivered for Valentines. They were unfortunately not delivered, the driver was a lazy douche and walked past the delivery address to drop them at the post office instead(Serioulsy you have to walk past the address to get to the post office). this is issue was purely due to the carrier who is useless( i deal with this carrier a lot and know first hand that they are incompetent and arrogant and have zero care factor)and not LVLY's fault at all. when i contacted LVLY they were amazing and rectified the situation instantly, no questions asked.
Flowers were delivered the next time and the recipient was very happy with her flowers. No body is perfect, and mistakes happen in business, its how you deal with them that sets the great businesses apart from the OK ones. I am very impressed with how quickly LVLY responded to me, and how just... perfect they were to deal with.
