“The gift was lovely but unfortunately the delivery was put in the back of my friends Ute and only found after I rang and asked whether it had been received. If I had not rung it likely would not have been found until much later. I'm pretty sure a third party is used for delivery. I would suggest requiring them to leave at the front door or similar.”
