“The recipient loved this gift, but delivery took two full days even though I ordered in time for same day delivery. I was emailed at the end of day one with an apology for it not being delivered. This was lovely. But then on day two it still wasn’t delivered, until 9pm at night. Because it was so late the recipients didn’t know it was on their doorstep so it was sitting out all night until the following morning. But annoying when it was supposed to be same day delivery.”
