“Our original delivery was not delivered to our daughters college accommodation due to an error with the delivery company, we were of course disappointed as it was a surprise and it missed the day that we requested delivery. On contacting LVLY to confirm that the package had not been delivered Sally from LVLY, resent the packaged and ensured the delivery company dropped off the package correctly.
