“I ordered a bouquet and brownie for my sister who had just come out hospital. She said they really made her day! They looked so bright and cheery, and Lvly customer service was also fab. I didn’t see the sunflower bouquet until I had already ordered something else, but the Lvly team happily changed the order for me. Also, for some reason I never got a tracking email on delivery day. By 6.30pm I was getting anxious, but I got through to someone quickly on the website livechat and they found the tracking details and assured me the flowers had been delivered. I would definitely order these again. Thanks Lvly team!”
