“Though I was happy with the delivery process and timing, I felt that the product could have been prepared with more care. The personalised label on the candle was not printed with centre alignment, and the label was also not stuck on the candle properly in the centre. This resulted in the product looking sloppy. The flowers didn’t look as nice as I the pics, but I do understand this may be because of the way it’s boxed. The label/sticker on which my message was printed was also pasted sloppily in the card. All in all, I felt a bit embarrassed when I received a photo from the recipient of the gift I had sent them.”
