“When the person I sent to said they couldn’t find bouquet left at their house, I phoned LVLY, who were super helpful. Customer service had notes on where they’d been left - safely out of view from street and in a box. Though we called 24 hours after delivery, the flowers were still fresh as a daisy when found. They looked stunning.”
