“Fantastic customer service, they even had a real person in Oz answer phone within seconds of me calling to make an enquiry. Order was placed late afternoon for same day delivery, which they can accomodate if order in by 5pm, for 6pm-9pm Melbourne metro delivery. Perfect, didn’t want it in heat all day. Was also kept up to date with SMS letting me know how delivery was tracking & could add delivery instructions. 10/10”
