“It was beautiful...The order had to be changed as the website did not indicate that this combo (the cookies) was actually sold out in Perth. I was very impressed with receiving both an email and a phone call to let me know this on the day of delivery. I was offered a partial refund or a substitution of greater value to add to the flowers. This was a gift for a dear friend who had just undergone 8 hours of surgery for cancer, so it was very important that something very unique and lovely arrived. I chose the substitution and left it in the care of Sally (customer care) to choose the items as I was in between teaching classes at school, and literally only had two minutes to spare. This is the second time I have ordered through the company (the last time was for my partner) and I am in awe of the genuine thought and fabulous customer service shown.
