But the team were amazing and apologetic, rectified it quickly, and then surprised the recipient with an additional bouquet when they re-sent the correct item. “i ordered this last minute for a friends birthday. Apparently there was an issue with the website and they didn’t know the personalised label. They called and emailed. I emailed back and they fixed it immediately and delivered that day. Friend was very happy with it. Ordered at 10pm for delivery next day. Arrived with no issues”
