“I made the payment and only wanted the roses. That’s what I paid for on their website. I was messaged afterwards letting me know that the roses were replaced with tulips. The tulips did not have the same effect and were not what I wanted. I understand that shortages happen but why should I pay for something if it’s not what i’m going to get. If i knew it was going to be tulips i wouldn’t have bought it. Delivery still occurred on time and im happy with the delivery process and it was easy. I could track the driver and they gave me an accurate ETA.”
