“There was a slight problem but not your fault, the recipient was being contacted by you by phone to alert them to the delivery to their front door but they declined to answer any the numerous calls thinking they were from an unwanted call centre. Thankfully you came to the rescue and rang me so I could ring the recipient myself.”
